EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Any Graduate/PG with 4-8 years experience in digital platform.
- Experience in online car portals preferred (Preferably from Carwale / Cardekho)
AGE GROUP : - 40 years
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :
- Execute strategic identified projects pertaining to customer experience
- Lead new initiatives (incubation + execution) to enhance customer sales experience in digital age using technology as an enabler
- Benchmarking & adoption of best initiatives pertaining to customer experience around the globe - auto as well as other industries
- Enablement of backend for Digital Showroom
- Should have Customer Experience, Innovation of Automotive companies.
- Should have exposure of DMS, experience of Sale process/Customer Care process
- Functional Consultant role
- Should be Energetic, Strong execution skills, Networking, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Candidates from Media, Advertising, Auto Industries
- Experience working on Digital platform
- Device and manage Implementation Project of Dealer Management system(SAP-CRM and DBM) at Dealership.
- Gap analysis of Dealer IT Infra and making it infra ready for Implementation of DMS.
- Coordination with Service provider for delivering dedicated network to provide seamless connectivity for better application performance.
- Indentifying Dealer process Gap by preparing KPI scorecard and ensuring the identified gaps are bridged by arraigning training at Dealerships.
- Analyzing data and churning out key insights for Business Team to act upon.
- Working with vendor for developing application for managing Dealer Business daily operations where annual and monthly targets can be capture and track against actual with the help to Reports and Dashboard . Planning for target achievement can be done on portal itself and used for further reference.
- Working experience on SAP BW,SAP BO and SAP CRM.
