POSITION: Corporate HR
LOCATION: Kolkata. (Head Office)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MUST HAVE:
- Should have worked in Corporate HR-Handled Talent Management, Employee Engagement, OD intervention
- Exposure in Hi-Potential Development, Nine Box Model, designing Assessment Centres and Development Centres
- Exposure in Designing and Implementing Succession planning
- Working with the business to develop mentoring sessions for the field staff. Advising on, business-specific OD interventions.
- Strong understanding of Competency framework and its implementation.
- Exposure to Great Place to Work and driving the employee engagement activities.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Handled PMS and its implementation
- Exposure in designing compensation & Benefit for the organization
- Exposure in Learning and Development
- Sound working knowledge in handling end to end HRMIS/ HR Software preferably - Adrenalin-.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- MBA from best B-School, Graduation with Science/Psychology background will be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills in English
- Strong subject knowledge in Talent management, HRD
- Should have excellent command in Powerpoint presentation & advanced excel
- Should be open for traveling at least 7-8 days in a Month
- Eagerness to learn
PREFERRED SECTOR:
- HR Process consulting background
- Retail sector, NBFC, Banks, MFI,Consumer Durables, FMCG.
Preference:
Candidate from East or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
