Job Purpose: The role holder is expected to execute the identified Human Resources strategies, initiatives & interventions aimed towards developing current & future capabilities. It is also expected of the role holder to deploy analytical skills to capture insights from data sets and thereby accelerate data driven decision making Key Responsibilities: Analytics: 1) Provide HR analytics and consequently suggest improvements in HR process 2) Publish monthly Dashboards & Executive summary to Top Management containing relevant insights & updates 3) Build strong understanding of the HR data and quickly translate large data set into simple, meaningful & brief insights 4) Create monthly field scorecards capturing key HR metrics Performance Appraisals: 1) Partner with business heads for KPI formulation & ensure goal setting in line with organisational goals (both for Sales & Non-Sales Roles) 2) Collect, collate and compile performance updates at a department level to identify the achievement against set objectives, key strength & improvement areas Compensation & Benefits: 1) Participate in LI sector-wide relevant surveys for compensation benchmarking 2) Support in deployment of C&B programs such as annual increments & bonuses Special Projects: Deliver Project Management, Strategic Planning & implementation support for key HR Projects Job Specification: Education & Experience - MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute with specialization in Human Resources. 1-2 Years of experience preferably in the BFSI space Skills & Abilities: Soft Skills - Communication, Ethical, Trustworthy, Teamwork & Collaboration Technical Skills- Adept with MS Excel, VBA, Macros, HRIS etc
