Role : Deputy Manager / Manager - Strategic Alliances

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop structured pitches and presentations for prospective strategic partners in your zone

- Support the Head of Strategic Alliances in making a Business case for internal and external stakeholders

- Facilitate partner onboarding, set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments

- Devise monitoring and reporting mechanisms

- Ensure Sales Review and Performance management for this channel

- Relationship Management for all partners onboarded

- Manage the relationship across all touch points for the initial phase

- Business Management with required R&R, KPIs, Training and other enablers

Competencies :

- Acumen to explore newer and radical opportunities to develop the business

- Ability to design propositions and make a strong business case

- Innovative and strategic mindset

- High on initiative, ability to start something new

Candidate :

- 1-4 years

- Any MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 or 2 B School)

- Candidates from an insurance background will be preferred
