JOB TITLE: Key Accounts Manager - Strategic Alliances
GRADE - Deputy Manager / Manager
LOCATION: Corporate Office
JOB SUMMARY:
Strategy & Planning:
- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the Strategic Alliances channel
- Develop and ensure adherence to Business Plans with the Partners, and end to end relationship management.
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance vis a vis targets
- Implement incentive schemes for sales and distributor team for the partners
- Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes and operational processes
- Co - ordinate internally with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any issue pertaining to New Business, MIS, Marketing, Training, Customer Service, New Distributors onboarding etc.
Strengthen relationship with the Partners / Distributor
- Acquire, Manage & enhance relationships with the partners / Distributors
- Maintain clear communication with the partners / Distributors
Sales growth and cost management:
- Ensure achievement of sales targets with the assigned partners
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the partnership
- Provide clear and concise MIS to the channel heads and distributors on periodic basis for regular reviews
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the partnership
Customer satisfaction and retention :
- Monitor satisfaction of the partnership's customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
- Ensure Company provides superior sales experience to its customers
People Management :
- Develop the training plan for the Partner's distribution team in line with the overall training plan and ensure training of the team as per the plan
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical people related issues in the partnership
