Position: Deputy Manager / Manager / Sr Manager
Experience: 3 - 12 Years
Academic Qualification: CA or MBA
Major responsibilities & deliverable:
- Provide Ind AS consultation and support
- Develop Ind AS training material and facilitate training
- Develop tools and guides
- Research new developments and updates within the Ind AS technical field
Skills Required:
The resource must have:
- Previous exposure and minimum 3-5 year IFRS experience
- Exceptional understanding of the Ind AS/ IFRS recognition, measurement and disclosure requirements
- Good level of knowledge of companies act requirements
- Confident and decisive and pro-active
- Ability to make presentations for diverse audiences
- Willingness to build substantive expertise
- Sufficient proficiency in English
- Team player who can also work very independently
- Adheres to principles and values
- Able to gather information and analyse problems
- Presentation and communication skills
- Apply professional / specialist / technical expertise
- Good writing and reporting skills
- Ability to cope with pressures and setback
