Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales & Marketing - Industrial Product

Reporting to : AGM Sales & Marketing

Experience Required : 10+ Years

Exposure required

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics engineering, MBA (marketing & sales) is an added advantage.

2. Experience in sales of pumps, valves, Industrial products through channels & direct handling.

3. Familiarity with the North market and contacts within the key accounts, OEMs is a plus.

4. Candidate should be willing to travel; extensive travel is must.

Responsibilities to be handled:

1. Responsible for handling sales of pumps in North & East India, location Delhi

2. Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions and contracts with customers while ensuring win-win solutions.

3. Strong understanding of Industrial application, products and market dynamics.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

5. Preparation of offer for pump & spares.

6. Maintain accurate records of offer bank, sales activities, leads generation & spec-in.

Skills required:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

2. Sales, Time management & discipline.

3. Basic Excel, PowerPoint and CRM operational knowledge

4. Competitor mapping, market intelligence and timely reporting to the management.
