JOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITION / DESIGNATION : Sales - HR Business Partner
BAND / GRADE : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Handles employee engagement activities for the sales force
- Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performance through HR interventions
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects
- Ensures HR Compliance and Grievance Management
- Builds a strong business relationship with the field
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the prescribed timelines
- Provide MIS on different aspects
- Employee life cycle management for the sales population
- Timely addresses disciplinary and behavioural issues as per matrix
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

- Previous experience in Human Resources Management

- Maintaining appropriate recruitment mix

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS:
WORK EXPERIENCE : 3 - 10 yrs exp in HR
QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum a PG/Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute.
