Deputy Manager/Manager - Record To Report - Pharma/FMCG

Position: Deputy Manager / Manager R2R for a Mumbai based MNC

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Monthly Financials Management:

- Facilitate Monthly Financials Book Closing/Trial Balance (TB) closing.

- Prepare monthly segmentation Profit & Loss Account.

- Compile Monthly Financials Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss (BS/PL) in adherence to Schedule-III.

Expense Accuracy and Provisioning:

- Ensure precise expenses provisioning and accurate posting.

- General Ledger Oversight:

- Conduct GL Scrutiny and maintain control over GL accounting.

Bank and Stock Statements:

- Reconcile Bank statements and manage Stock statements.

Audit Closure:

- Lead the audit closing process and ensure resolution of open points.

Disclosures Management:

- Handle Related Party Disclosures and other necessary disclosures.

Accounting/SAP Improvement Projects:

- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing Accounting processes and SAP efficiency.

- Relevant Working Experience: 3-7 years post qualification.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant.

Requisite Skills:

Proficient in SAP (3 years of working knowledge).

Excel proficiency.

Industry preference : Manufacturing Industry and CA Firms
