Title: Dy. Manager /Manager - Product Management - Life Insurance
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing new product development starting from ideation and content creation and supporting the product launch. Key areas of involvement include product management, competitor tracking, coordinating for internal approvals, driving the project through cross-functional teams, research and market intelligence.
Accountabilities:
- Creation of concepts for product ideas and ensuring the smoother execution of the initiatives along with all internal stakeholders
- Preparation of product filling related documents
- Creation of training materials, product & benefit communications and sales stories
- Ensuring the smoother execution of the initiatives along with respective internal stakeholder
- Preparation of knowledge series, sales tools/sales support, presentation, training materials & sales enablers
- Product modification as per regulatory changes
- Product analysis to support product ideation process.
- Research domestic and international market for new product features and ideas which are provided as inputs to the product development team
- Analyze and understand the competition for new product/process features, innovations and business strategy within the financial markets domain
- Maintain database of various products in the market and analyze them vis--vis own products
- Network with competition for market information
- Resolve product queries for a smooth closure of sales; provide data/inputs that will support fulfilling queries.
- Vet the documents/ sales enablers created by sales support team as per the product requirement.
