Qualification - MBA Finance / CA

Experience - 3-8 years in the financial market primarily with Stock Exchange, banks, research firms or securities analysis firms

Key Responsibility

Launch Contracts

- Launch/Relaunch the new/existing contracts with modifications.

- Work to launch new contracts in assigned segment/s

- Getting Approval for the New Contracts

Contract Design

- VOC with different set of participants largely Hedgers, and co coordinating with the BD for feedback on financial participants

- Contract design

Regulatory

- Send the new contract proposal for modifications of contract specs to the regulators

- Lobbying with the help of Industry associations and other regulators to get the desired outcome.

- Follow up with the regulator on the reply sent onto their queries.

Encourage Financial Participants

- Target the financial participants with BD team Meet and encourage financial participants in different locations

- Carry out awareness programmes for different type of participants in different locations
