Work Experience : Total 10+ years of Life Science Industry In which 5+ years should be in dealing with IT/Technology solutions and services pertaining to Life Sciences industry

Exposure :

- Experience of Life science domain across our offerings like Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, Regulatory and Medical Writing for client interaction or delivery roles

- Experience of working in Process Automation/Transformation/Process Excellence roles in Life Sciences industry

- Thorough understanding of the process automation requirements and trends across the Life Sciences value chain

- Very Good understanding of the various tools and technologies used for process automation and transformation across the Life Sciences value chain viz. RPA, AI/ML, NLP, Analytics, Big Data, Text Mining, UI/UX

Job Description :

- Understand client requirements for technology enablement and come up with appropriate technology stack to fulfill the requirements

- Drive transformation solution for RFPs and other proactive requirements

- Create cost model for technology solutions

- Work with other technology groups to come up with an integrated technology solution

- Create implementation plan for proposed technology solutions as part of proposals

- Present transformation solution to prospective clients

Skills Required :

- Ability to understand client ask for transformation and create appropriate solution leveraging right technology mix

- Understanding of Life Sciences value chain processes viz. Clinical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance etc.

- Knowledge of tools and technologies used for process automation and transformation across the Life Sciences value chain viz. RPA, AI/ML, NLP, Analytics, Big Data, Text Mining, UI/UX

- Good written and verbal communication skills
