We are hiring for a leading NBFC, currently hiring for its Corp.Office at Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Salary : Best in industry or Negotiable

Grade : Deputy Manager / Manager

Preference only from Banking background

Key Responsibilities :

- Total Work Ex. in years 4+ years

- Relevant Experience in years 4+ Years

- Preferred Industry Mortgage Loans Underwriting/Policy Experience mandatory

- Additional Certifications Risk Analytics Optional

Functional & Behavioral Competencies :

- Should have relevant experience in the Finance industry of having worked with an NBFC or a Banking institution. Ideally should have worked in the relevant field. As far as behavor competencies, the candidate should have excellent inter personal skills, written & oral communication skills & negotiation skills since he would be required to interact with NSMs, NCMs, Product Heads as well as ground level sales & credit teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Policy Formulations : This would include framing of new policies as well as rolling out amendments to the existing products keeping in view the market realities, business needs as well as feedback received from various quarters.

- Portfolio Reviews : This would include Pan India Portfolio Reviews as well as Regional & Location based Reviews.

- Case Study Analysis : Doing detailed Case studies on the delinquent cases & giving the relevant feedback to the ground level sales as well as credit teams.

- Credit Reviews : This would include doing good bad analysis picking up good & bad files & analyzing what went wrong and what was done correctly in those cases and ensuring the feedback goes back to the ground level sales & credit teams.

- Branch Visits/Location visits : Based on the Portfolio reviews, case study analysis etc. visiting branches. Location visits for market /product development feedback

- Training's to the field credit, sales teams.

- Market and competition research/benchmarking

- Trigger Monitoring
