Designation - Deputy Manager / Manager (Payroll)

Qualification : Chartered Accountant / M.B.A. (Finance)

Exp : 9-10 years post qualification experience

Location : Noida

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

- Extensive experience of managing payroll processing along with handling of other matters relating to PF, gratuity trust.

- Strong functional and execution capabilities in Finance, accounts, and tax with good analytical skills.

- Should be able to work independently on confidential data

- Proficiency in numerical and data analyses.

- Experience in using an ERP (SAP preferred)/finance and accounting systems.

- Good communicator, with fluent written and spoken English.

- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize and manage a broad and demanding workload

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS :

All Pay Roll related works, Control over loans & Reimbursements, Deduction & Deposit of EPF / gratuity / superannuation / PT & ESI, Preparation of related monthly & annual returns, issue of EPF withdrawal forms & Assessment etc. Works related to Agreement & contracts with parties. Booking all transaction entry in SAP. Prepare for various audit and assessments with authorities.

Payroll :

- Monitoring and over viewing the payroll processing including co-ordination with the external consultants (ADP & Hewitt).

- Employee payroll, full and final settlement & reimbursement management

- Maintain - employees master with all records i.e.- personal, financial & organizational

- On the basis of input data - prepare salary register and others relevant reports.

- Prepare advise for salary transfer - electronic, cheque & cash

- Maintain - reimbursement master of employees and proper control for monthly updating Payroll Compliance (PF, Superannuation, Gratuity, PT, TDS on salary etc.) :

- Statutory Compliance: Provident Fund, ESI, Superannuation, Gratuity, Profession Tax and TDS

- Calculate & Deposit monthly PF, ESI & Profession tax liabilities

- Filing of monthly & annually return up to assessment

- Handle PF / gratuity / superannuation withdrawal and transfer formalities

- Prepare financial accounts for various trust relating to Provident fund, gratuity and superannuation

- Prepare tax computation for all trusts

- File return with the tax authority relating to trusts

Finance & Accounts and Audit :

- Preparation of schedules for various assessment purposes

- Undertake reconciliation of pending matters

- Perform internal audit as desired from time to time
