Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing - Real Estate

Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for creating the brand strategy for the assigned projects, alongwith the Brand Lead, in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place and drive sales

Strategic

- Formulation and implementation of the branding strategy of the assigned projects in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place

- Assist the Brand Lead in creating the brand strategy for the assigned brand in order to achieve desired TOM and Brand Perception

- Assist the Brand Lead in defining the overall brand guidelines, development of the brand manual, etc

- Ensure brand equity enhancement through project branding

Operational

- Develop a good understanding and tracking of customer trends for the brand & assigned projects and provide insights for key decisions

- Conceptualize marketing campaigns for the assigned projects in collaboration with respective Regional marketing teams during launch or sustenance phase of the projects

- Work closely with the Regional Marketing teams in finalizing the annual marketing plan and calendar for the assigned projects

- Create the Marketing brief and creative brief for the assigned projects, participate in briefing of agencies

- Finalize the communication strategy for the assigned projects, including finalizing the project positioning and communication route

- Evaluate the marketing communication mix for ATL promotional activities for the assigned projects, in line with product strategy

Developmental

- Develop required capabilities and keep updated with the latest trends

Internal & External Interactions

Internal: Financial Controller, Regional Marketing Teams, Sales Teams, Legal, Project Management Group, Design, Media Planning team, Digital Marketing team, Product Development & Market Research team, PR

External: Marketing agencies, Advertising agencies, vendors, Market research agencies

Education & Experience Requirement:

MBA Marketing

3-5 years of relevant experience
