Deputy Manager/Manager- Legal - LLB/LLM - Manufacturing

MANDATORY: Well-Verse with TELUGU Language

- Drafting of Agreements, documents, Notices, Deeds, Letters, Replies etc.,

- Land acquisition and it's related tasks involving revenue department/ authority.

- Labour laws, Corporate laws, Laws applicable to factories, contract management and negotiations

- Compliances, handling and solving disagreements, hands on experience on land acquisitions and solving land disputes

- Exposure in liasoning with state and central authorities, attending court hearings

- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures

- Drafting /Review of Contracts/ Agreements Renewal, Termination, etc.

- Statutory compliance, Attend/ Represent the company before authorities, courts, etc.,

- Vetting of Strategic contracts involving Confidentiality, IPR, Understanding, Settlements etc.,

- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory / legal requirements.

- Supervise and follow-up with Advocates about the court cases, litigation.

Qualification and Experience:

LLB/ LLM with 5 to 10 years of Experience working in a Plant Location
