Learning &amp; Development (70%) a) Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements b) Conducting pre &amp; post assessment for the trainings c) Maintaining Training MIS d) Conducting technical trainings e) Develop and organize training manuals f) Organising theme months g) Identify and coordinate with vendors/institutes to provide external training programs h) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and other instructor performances 2. Recruitment &amp; Selection (20-30%) a) Coordination with Departmental heads for preparation of JDs &amp; Attributes b) Coordination with consultants c) Salary Negotiation, Offer letter &amp; on-boarding 3. Other Generalist activities (10%) a) Attrition analysis &amp; action plan b) MIS Knowledge (Technical / Functional) 1. Thorough with HR systems &amp; processes 2. Sound knowledge of L&amp;D execution 3. MIS generation Skills - 1. Articulation in English 2.
