- Play a major role in designing & developing:
- Training Program for members resulting in shift from external paid resource to in-house training.
- Various behavioural training programs for inhouse implementation such as communication skills, team building, supervisory skills, customer orientation as master trainer and train new trainers.
- To develop a Management Development Program for Middle Managers, based on In-house Competency Framework.
- Launch Company Internal Communication Online Tool in all the Group companies and maintain the LMS
- Design Competency mapping mechanism for gap analysis and identifying improvement areas
- Create in-house L&D Database as a tool for Learning Management Function, Devising L&D strategies and framework.
- Content and module development, vendor interaction and negotiation. Evaluation of training effectiveness, Calculating ROI.
- Study organization wide training need.
- Framing compulsory non- compulsory Trainings
- Selection of external agencies for Trainings
- Coordination with departments for Trainers need identification
- In coordination with department designing Train the trainer module.
- Check overall day today trainings. Ensuring smooth implementation of training as per training calendar.
- Budget monitoring for overseas trainings also coordination for it.
- Time to time changes in orientation module as per environment or current need of organization
-Work related to system improvement like manual to online working.
- Establishing e learning sessions to cover maximum members of organization.
- Program for Trainer motivation.
- Analyzing the feedback of training and appropriate countermeasures for the same.
- Designing special program for fast track growth
- Calculation of ROI for various Trainings.
- Monthly Training MIS preparation.
Candidate in her prior experience should have:
- Expertise in identifying training & development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Skilled in designing & expanding training & development programmes based on needs of the organisation & individual
- Proven capabilities in managing the delivery of training & development programmes and devising training strategies for the organisation
- Presented dynamic changes in trainer development process through innovative recognition schemes.
- Played a key role in designing competency mapping mechanism for gap analysis and identifying improvement areas
