Job Purpose :
Hunting and Farming/Key Accounts Management/Meet the Targets set by the Company and meet the overall business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities :
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators :
- Research new clients, qualify potential leads and build a sales pipeline
- Ensure sales targets and conversion metrics are met. Diligently track and report progress of leads, activations, purchases, and recurring payments.
- Convert leads to sales through the right sales pitch based on an in depth knowledge of product, pricing, client business, competitive landscape
- Contribute to product/marketing strategy, sales forecasts
- Responsible for commercial negotiations with new clients and concluding the sale/contract
- To liaise with accounts, build a relationship, and pursue up-selling and cross-selling
- Conversion ratio
- End to End Key account management & managing Customer Life Cycle Management to enhance RMS & CMS.
- Increase in Revenue Market Share and Customer Market Share

Skills & Knowledge :
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience :
- 7-10 years, Graduate and above.
- Telecom or at least 1 stint in a telecom company in which the candidate must have handled a Key account Manager role.
Technical and Behavioral Skills :
- Strong evidence of achieving sales targets
- Experience in selling to corporates of different sizes across multiple domains
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on problem solving approach with available resources
- Ability to work as part of a team, contribute and share best practices, knowledge, resources and ideas
