Deputy Manager/Manager - Internal Audit - IT

Looking to hire Deputy Manager / Manager - Internal Audit (CIA, CA, MBA, CFE) for a leading IT Company based out of PUNE, he should have 7+ yrs of exp in Internal Audits.

Responsibilities :

- Maintain knowledge of general business and economic developments, gain an understanding of the Company's industry and risk environment.

- Responsible for the development of audit objectives, scope, project plan, and audit programs to provide guidance and direction during the planning, fieldwork and reporting phases of engagements, under supervision of an Audit Head.

- Communicate progress of audit objectives, project plan, and testing with the Audit Head on a timely basis.

- Prepare written documentation of audit issues, reports, memos, client correspondence, and other working papers necessary to document the procedures performed, findings and conclusions.

- Perform Business Unit risk assessments, meeting with business leadership, and reviewing strategic objectives to identify and quantify risk areas and potential audits.

- Lead and supervise teams of 2-5 people.

- Review all staff auditor working papers and provide constructive feedback.

- Interact with client personnel and demonstrate a commitment to continually improve the organization.

- Meet with Audit and Business Unit leadership regularly to stay current with business strategy, initiatives, and to discuss known risks and identify emerging risks.

- In charge and execute compliance-based audits addressing Sarbanes-Oxley financial controls.

- In charge and execute operational audits focused on business units and key business processes, such as procurement, human resources operations and Payroll.
