Urgent opening with one of the leading automotive organisation for the post Deputy Manager/Manager
Responsibilities :
- HR Policies and processes formulation and integration including contractual manpower
- Execution of HR Processes and systems
- Liaison with Statutory authorities for all the Legal and Statutory Compliances
- Contract Labour Compliances Management
- Set up of Employee welfare & Admin infrastructure Facilities as per statutory norms
Qualification: The candidate must have 60 percent throughout his academics .(10th to post graduation)
Experience : In statutory compliance and Union management is must for this role
Age : Should not be less than 28 years and not more than 35 Years
