Deputy Manager/Manager - Human Resources - FMCG/Pharma/Chemicals/Agriculture - XLRI/TISS/SIMB/IIM

1. Must have at least 2+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.

2. Coordinating with Plant Teams & Consultants to bring right talent onboard.

3. Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.

4. Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

5. Leverage data, experience, knowledge, and industry trends to build and execute creative closing strategies.

6. Analysis on Attrition, Exit process TAT

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

8. MBA from premier institute XLRI/TISS/SIMB/IIM
