Deputy Manager / Manager - Human Resource
Job Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition - To acquire right skills sets with minimum lead time using multiple resources for HO/RSO & the Manufacturing Units.
- Induction & Exits - Proper induction for all new joinees; Updation of Organization Charts for all functions; Conduct exit interviews and exit analysis.
- PMS - Effective implementation of performance management system for management staff through timely reviews and related actions
- Employee Development - Ensure Training & Development programs as per the organizational needs.
a) Career & Succession Planning
b) Leadership Development
c) Competency Framework & Development
- Talent Management - Transaction Management of Employee Issues.
a) End To End Talent Management
b) OD initiatives such as organization restructuring, job description/evaluation, employee communication etc.
- MIS - Coordinate with various Units for MIS compilation and presentation to the Management.
- IR Support to Unit
- HR Manual - Updation of policies
- Other Support Work - Providing adequate and timely HR support to subsidiary entities.
Person Requirements:
Qualification: MBA or relevant qualification in HR from reputed intuitions such as XLRI / TISS
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Deputy Manager : 5 - 8 yrs Manager : 9 - 15 yrs
Reporting: VP - Human Resource
CTC Budget: Deputy Manager :: Around Rs. 8 LPA & Manager :: Around Rs. 15 LPA
