Looking to hire Sales HR(AM/DM) for a leading cement company, Candidate should have good experience as Sales Hr, and have also worked in Manufacturing companies 5+ yrs, MBA is must, Location - Kolkata, Job Responsibility - Talent Acquisition: Management of complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (naukri portal, LinkedIn, employee and market references, etc), after identification / analyzing the manpower requirement in a cost effective way. Interviewing and selecting the best fit, their offer negotiation and on boarding. Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies. - Joining, Confirmation & Separation formalities: Ensuring completion of pre and post joining formalities. Timely completion of all employee lifecycle processes, conduct retention interview, track & analyze attrition rate for the region and highlight the reasons to the management. Complete the exit formalities and settlement dues on time. - Training and Development: On the job induction for new recruits for their quick integration into respective functions, working closely with Senior Management to establish the required skill profile for their team. Preparing the yearly training calendar for the region and devising a training strategy for its proper implementation and delivery. Prepare the monthly training dashboard for the region. - Talent Development: Succession planning by identifying Talent as per Potential Matrix placement (Talent, Exp. Talent, High performer with potential) along with the departmental heads. Work with L&D team to facilitate development of HiPos/successors through interventions like Training, IDP movements, Hi Stake - active projects, coaching etc. implementation of job rotation and career development plans. Review quality of succession plans and partner with business for its implementation. - Promotion & Increments: Responsible for collecting, compiling & analyzing the data for the entire region. Timely execution of promotions and appraisals. - Organization Structure & Manpower Planning: Prepare & maintain the organizational structure of plants and other regional verticals. Was a key team member in manpower study along with Lafarge-Holcim team based on India Manufacturing Transformation. - SAP: Handling SAP HR module like PA, OM, TE & TM and ensuring 100% data accuracy & action within the timeline. - HR Policy: Overseeing smooth implementation of the HR policies & procedures, conducting online yearly employee satisfaction survey for evaluation for the region. - Employee Data & MIS: Prepare, analyze and maintain the HR dashboard for the region (attrition, hiring, promotion, performance rating trends, manpower cost, manpower count, productivity metrics) for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
