Deputy Manager/Manager - HRIS/SAP HCM - EPC Business (8-14 yrs)
We are at present having a position as DM / MANAGER - HRIS / SAP HCM for a reputed Indian EPC company for THEIR CORPORTAE OFFICE in KOLKATA location:
Reports To : General Manager - Information Systems
The main scope of the role is post-implementation support in Employee Central Module in SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HCM and the implementation of other modules.
2. Reporting: NIL
3. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
i. Expertise in implementation and support in SAP HR, Payroll-India Modules.
ii. Experience in SAP Success Factors EC Module.
iii. Post-implementation support on SF EC Module and other SF module.
iv. Will be a part of the core team in SF Onboarding& RCM module implementation.
v. Organizing Technical presentation, User training.
vi. New implementation initiatives.
vii. Exploring new areas to be implemented in SAP HR and SAP SF
Experience should be within 8 to 14 years. Min 3 years of SAP functional experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
i. Functional experience in the HR process.
ii. Analytical/problem-solving skills.
iii. Exposure to SAP HCM, Indian Payroll Process, and Income Tax.
iv. Customer orientation.
v. Should be worked with SAP SF EC Module.
