Dy. Manager / Manager- HR, IR and Compliances Principle Responsibilities: Industrial Relations: - Ensure continuous dialogue with the union through monthly production meeting - Maintain harmonious industrial relations in the plant through efficient administration and timely resolution of employee's grievances. - Participate in wage agreement process and negotiate and finalize the calculations in harmonious working environment. - Legal Compliances & audits: - All legal compliances for factory & contractors - Ensure quarterly legal audits & compliances with the observations - Responsible for Contract Labour Management - Plant HR Activities: - Co-ordinate with Mumbai Office for all the open positions, interviews and post interview formalities for plant positions - Co-ordinate On-boarding & Induction of all new joinees. - Cultural Change: - Support Plant Team for all the initiatives taken towards cultural change - Initiate activities on the shop floor to improve safety / quality culture - Preferred Candidate's Profile: - Hands on Experience in manufacturing set up - 12 to 15 Years - MSW/MBA/PG in HR from reputed college / university - Strong in IR with experience of Wage Agreement negotiations - Demonstrated Expertise in Labour Laws and Compliances - Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English Languages - Proficiency with Computers and MS Office tools - Personality attributes - Excellent Analytical skills and understanding of numbers & data - Excellent Communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills - Excellent execution and negotiation skills - Fluency and firmness in speech, impressive in appearance and tactful in dealing with others
