Deputy Manager/Manager - Forex - Corporate FX Risk Management Policy

Job contents:

1. Hedging of foreign exchange exposure in line with Corporate FX Risk Management Policy

2. Accounting for Forward contracts transactions as per applicable accounting standards

3. Monthly, Quarterly & Annual MIS - Board Reports, Presentations wrt Foreign Exchange Exposure of the Company and its Group

4. On-going analysis of opportunities of availing Trade Credits, Processing, Documentation, Accounting and Monitoring the same

5. Daily liasioning with Divisions and Banks for information maintain our exposure within permissible limit

6. Assisting finance team and providing information to corporate finance team as required by them

7. Providing guidance and advice to Div finance in the area of foreign exchange ensuring overall interest of the Company

Skill Set:

1. Strong knowledge in fields of FX risk management and banking

2. Expert Knowledge of treasury terminologies, procedures, functions and legal obligations

3. Thorough understanding and application of Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

4. Working knowledge of financial and computerized accounting systems

5. Data management and record keeping abilities

6. Analytical, interpretation and problem solving capabilities

7. High emphasis on accuracy and detailing

8. Ability to liaise with colleagues and banks in a diverse multi-cultural setting

9. Possess strong people management and communication skills

Qualification:

Professional degree in Finance (CA preferably / ICWA) with additional certification or diploma in Banking Operations (Especially International Banking & Trade Finance)
