A manufacturing firm based out of Bawal, Haryana is looking for: Position - Dy. Manager / Manager - Financial Reporting Job Location- Bawal, Haryana Reports to- Finance Head CTC to be offered - Upto 16 lacs - Objective of this role, manager will be responsible for preparation and distribution of various internal financial statements to management, maintenance of the organization's general ledger, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation complies with IFRS and IND AS. Responsibilities: - Manage daily activities for Accounting, Accounts Payables / receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger entries, Cost Accounting and Treasury. - Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. - Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. - Coordinate the Company's annual/ quarterly audit with the independent auditors and Closure of all audit with qualifications. - Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. - Coordinate, develop and update written accounting policies, Sop's and procedures over the financial reporting process. - Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. - Research and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IFRS and IND AS compliance. - Control on FI module in SAP and various financial Transaction in SAP. - Preparation of Month end Packs for external and internal circulation. Lead various projects for improvement in SAP and accounting process. - Ownership of all sub ledgers like AR, AP, Fixed Assets, GL, Clearing accounts. - Implementation of ICFR and ensuring no exposure financial exposure. Education Qualification - Only CA should apply Experience - 3+ years experience in manufacturing (mandatory) Functional Competence required to execute the role - FI module in SAP knowledge is must
