Strategic Intent :   - Business Finance Partner for the IT Teams in driving Financial prudence in decision making and reviewing current business performance.   - Major purpose of the job: Measure and drive finance planning & Reporting for the IT function. Prepare and support capex spend through well thought out business cases in conjunction with the IT Teams.   - In depth understanding of the Telecom technology and its impact on the varied areas such as Revenue, cost, compliance etc.,   - Drive the measurement and reporting of IT financial KPI  - Requires good networking skills and should be able to work across cross functional teams with India and in other Opco within the Group.   - Need to stay abreast with changes in the telecommunication space and its anticipated impact.   - Understand the implication of change across all elements of the organization and be creative in modeling to support the business effectively.  - Well grounded experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Business Modeling and in day-to-day using of Excel as a business tool.   - Must have understanding of IT systems & jargons  - Experience in an IT or Telecom environment is preferable.   - Strong and clear articulation skills both Verbal and Written (Presentations).   Role Dimensions :  Financial :  - Help the IT function manage its Capex and Opex spends within targets.   - Measuring returns on capex projects Vs signed off business case.   Non-Financial :  - Measuring Non-Financial KPI and its impact on technology function.   - Understanding relationship of various technologies in telecom   Essential Skills :  - ACA, Graduation, 5+ Year Experience  - Business Modeling, Financial Analysis, Management Reporting and nuances of planning & Budgeting.   - Financial and Management Accounting,   - Financial Planning & Analysis in an IT or Telecom Company   - Strong Networking skills and ability to large in large diverse groups.   - Good articulation skills.   - An eye for Details.   - Good Team Player.   Desired Skills :  - Tech Savvy and having worked in an IT or telecom industry.   - Exposure to IFRS   - Exposure to Hyperion, Oracle Financials & SAP.   - IT & Telecommunication industry would be preferred.
