Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the business planning for various planning cycles.

2. Ensure proper compliance of budgeting guidance from corporate and region.

3. Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of all costs.

4. Conduct of monthly analysis of actual financial results, with special emphasis on key opportunities & risks.

5. Variance analysis of key items between budget/FC and actuals.

6. Prepare & compile various key business indicators (KBIs) both financial & non - financials for decision support.

7. The role requires undertaking detailed financial analysis and provide the executive team with a full understanding regarding the performance of the business unit on various cost lines.

8. Drive local & National cost optimisation initiatives. Cost benchmarking with other circles on various KPIs and ensuring adaption of best practices.

Qualification : Chartered accountant MBA (Finance)

Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to )
