We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager/Manager for Financial Consolidation & Finalization to join our esteemed Manufacturing client in Kanpur. Please refer to the following job description for more details:

Position: Deputy Manager/Manager - Financial Consolidation & Finalization

Location: Kanpur

Job Description:

- Take charge of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing consolidation, and prepare relevant financial statements.

- Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.

- Coordinate with accounting operations and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles according to statutory requirements.

- Understand Semi-annual and Annual financial statements filings.

- Possess strong knowledge of reconciliation procedures for all balance sheet accounts.

- Have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end company-wide Close, Consolidation, and GL Maintenance process.

- Manage teams responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, month-end, and quarter-end activities in the specified accounting areas.

- Lead the re-engineering of R2R (record-to-report) processes and drive the centralization of end-to-end activities.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- CA/MBA
