Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly period closing and preparation of Monthly MIS involving Review of General Ledger, preparing and analyzing department wise actual expenses vs budget and month on month variance analysis,

- Preparation of Income tax computation and deferred taxes.

- Ensure timely receipts and payments to Intercompany and monthly reconciliations of Intercompany transactions and balances,

- Maintaining GL hygiene, Ledger scrutiny of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet GL codes.

- Preparation of Ind AS financial statement and Tax audit.

- Active role in understanding and providing quarterly/annual audit requirements. Assisting in providing data related to income tax assessments.

- Identifying & driving automation in SAP processes to reduce time and increase effectiveness in various processes and reporting.

- Ensuring compliance and completion of documentation with SOX, ICFR & internal Control for financial reporting.

- Ability to work independently and with the team adhere to reporting deadlines

Skills set:

- Good technical knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS

- Good Knowledge of Income tax Act and having experience of preparation of computation of Income tax and deferred taxes

- Hands on experience of working in SAP and Good MS Excel skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

Candidate Profile:

Exp: 1-3 yrs post qualification

Qualification: CA- 1st /2 nd Attempt.

Working Knowledge in SAP is preferred

Industry: Big 4 / renowned mid size CA firm, Manufacturing Industry with relevant experience
