- The incumbent would be responsible for Business Development for RPO/Retainership Assignments/HR Advisory Projects of Fortune 500 clients and maintaining effective client relationship management.
- The incumbent would be responsible for projects implementation along with Team Members and will be responsible for effective Service Delivery.
- Employer Branding on various platforms with respect to Executive search and RPO industry .
- Other research and knowledge management based work pertaining to HR.
- Very Niche and Indivualistic role with lots of exposure in current market.
- The Position will report to the principal consultant
Skills Required :
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
- Good exposure for senior level, leadership hiring experience will be preferred.
- Should be MBA HR.
- Excellent Academic Background.
