Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager - ERP& Software Development
Mandatory skills:

Candidate should have minimum 5 Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 or Axapta 2009
Candidate should also have good experience in .Net , ERP, Microsoft Dynamic 365.
Should be good in Development, Configuration , Implement, Trouble shooting, Validation & Deployment.
Candidate will be working as an functional SME in Microsoft D365 [ Should have experience of full life cycle]
Responsibilities
- As a D365 F&O Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the D365, Axapta and Power Platforms
- This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, creating, building integrations, and troubleshooting existing applications.
- Development of end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition and Deploy) covering multiple practice areas and technology domains.
- Maintain application documentation.
- Perform analysis, design, development, and testing new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations and Microsoft Axapta 2009.
- Review functional design documentation from a technical perspective and provide estimations.
- Resolve application and technical programming issues.
- Prepare technical specifications, test plans / scripts, and documentation of application designs and workflows.
- Design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 for finance and operations, and other home grown .Net applications.
- Implement add-ons and code from third parties.
- Understand and use coding best practices and development standards.
- Identify opportunities for business process and system improvements/optimization
Desired Skillset
- Working knowledge of programming methodologies, structures, and concepts
- Experience with the Azure suite (data lake, data factory, SQL data warehouse, etc.)
- Organize and execute Analysis, Design/configuration, Implementation & delivery phases of Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Working knowledge of Power BI development and modeling
- Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM environment.
Desired Qualification & Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Experience with Azure DevOps (create tasks, manage queries, understanding link and basic artifacts - change lists, work items
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight skills
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- 8+ years' experience as a functional SME working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (preferred AX/F&O)
- Experience with full life cycle Dynamics 365/AX implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prioritization skills with attention to detail and quality
- Effectively communicates with others and has the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and capable of taking charge to produce results with minimal direction.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
