- 8- 12 years in the Physical Security industry,Candidate exp in Physical security Industry only Apply.
- Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve sales target for the FY. Develop new customers & consolidate existing ones. Proactively initiate, co-ordinate and manage deals through the sales cycle.
- Create new customer, relationship management, create demand for the offerings, bid co-ordination, submission & follow up to sign business, co-ordinate with external & internal stake holders for development of new business.
- Track and monitor the relevant markets/trends/opportunities and work closely with the VP Operations to create a coherent marketing/business development opportunities landscape
- Develop the comprehensive ecosystem of project mgt consultants/Technical consultants/Architects/OEM to build a robust sales pipeline .
- Build relationships with customers/consultants/ turnkey contractors for regular enquiries /tenders and be the partner of choice.
