Position: Team Lead - Enquiry Handling, Product Design & Quality Control (PDQC), JSW Steel, Dolvi Role: - He/She will be responding to all enquiries from various internal or external customers on daily basis for supplies from Dolvi Level: Dy Manager/Mgr No. of direct reports: 02 Reporting to: Head, Enquiry & Product Development Group, PDQC Primary tasks: 1. Handling all enquiries received from internal or external agencies pre or post-production in a timely manner 2. Optimisation of number of grades to be made by Works to fulfil Customers' requirements 3. Maintain daily interactions with Production and Planning Control, Marketing & Sales and Application Engineering departments 4. Responsible for Product approvals by various Customers and/or by various Govt. agencies Key competencies: 1. Communication skills 2. Problem-solving skills 3. Knowledge of various National and International specifications Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Metallurgy Engineering with minimum 6-8 years' experience in steel making or processing plant including knowledge in steel making, casting and rolling processes & various flat and long products
