Employee Engagement Activities
Implementation of a Compliance Framework
Design & execute a framework which will enable 100% compliance adherence
Contract Labour Management & Statutory Compliances
Liason with Government Authorities & ensure 100% adherence
Forecast & analyze Labour issues, in order to help HR teams & Management design & implement effective Labour Policies /Framework
