- Identifying new business prospects & closing in new clients and brands
- Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning and closing the deal to campaign execution and client servicing - heating up cold leads!
- Work in sync with the Client Servicing Team, City Manager and Creative team to deliver the best pitches and campaigns
The Skills :
- MBA, New Business Acquisition for Digital Sales Business is a must
- Excellent Communication skills that involve convincing, engaging and negotiation at its best.
- Comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth.
- Self-motivated person who likes to start new things, develop new contacts, meet new people and build a network.
- A fast-learner when it comes to adjusting to the requirements of the advertising industry and great at teamwork when it comes to getting along with chai-crazed individuals.
- 4 - 7 years of Work experience in the Media and Advertising Industry is a must
