Role: Deputy Manager/Manager - Digital Marketing - Retail/FMCG/Banking   Job Location : Mumbai   Salary : Budget would be INR 8 LPA to 14 LPA.   Planning/ Strategy :   - Understands and implements the 3-1-Q plan.   - Execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan.   Key functional responsibilities :  - Manage all social media activities on multiple platforms   - Manage the content strategy across all websites and ensuring that execution is in-line with plans   - Manage communication as well as design on all company websites and apps   - Develop and expand the brand's social community and blogger outreach initiatives.   - Expand social media footprint beyond FB, TW, YT   - Manage the digital brand calendar   - Ensure reporting from agencies is as per management requirements and as per timelines   - Use ORM Tools to manage feedback on Online media   - Manage digital agencies in executing the digital strategy, manage day-to-day relationship and supervise their work   - Pursue significant business opportunities and added-value programs via media partnerships.   - Monitor the social media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction.   - Deploy research tools on our own media assets to gather consumer insights.   - Work with company research and strategy team to create a continuous plan.   Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency :   Train the marketing team on digital and social media management and relevant policies.   Stakeholder Interactions (Within the Organization) :   - Internal functions like Operations, Finance, Consumer & Business Insights, Regional Marketing   - Marketing Team   - Agencies/Vendors   Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing   - Specific Certification (if Any) Short duration course from a recognized MBA college in Digital Marketing is preferred   Preferred Total Experience : 5- 8 Years   Preferred Relevant Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in handling Digital Marketing for a Retail/FMCG brand
