Job Purpose :
Incumbent will be a part of the Marketing Team, wherein he will be an integral part in the mission of Revenue Maximization and driving overall profitability of the circle,
Segment Baby Care : New Customers (AON below 120 days)
Key Accountabilities Key Performance indicator :
RGS Management of RGS base (revenue generating subs) for the mentioned segment :
- Reduction in Churn %
- Upgrade/Downgrade % to other bucket
- Improve retention of subscriber base. Improve M0/M1/M2/M3 retention %
- Ensure higher upgrades to class bucket post 120 AON
- Management of segmented campaigns for retention of subscribers
- Manage life cycle of segmented products
Revenue & Other KPIs Improve KPI of these bucket subscribers (Revenue/Tertiary/MOUs/Etc.) :
- Achievement of respective segment KPI targets (revenue, tertiary, MOU etc.)
- Improvement in STV penetration
- Improve penetration of special l tariff vouchers
- Devise & launch segmented campaigns, new product for the segment. Manage lifecycle of existing products & campaigns
- Management of segmented tools like Gift box, - 121#, 121 IVR (self-help) etc.
- Plan & execute customer communication & promotion
- Prepare Short term & long term revenue planning for the segmented
Other Activities MIS Generation & analysis :
- Timely delivery of reports & analysis
- Quick launch of products & promotions to counter competition
- Prepare pre-launch & post launch analysis for the campaigns & products
- Trade engagement - Design & execution of Trade scheme for Tertiary growth and retail participation, - Run incentive schemes for trade to achieve incremental tertiary growth
Competition : Track competition and ensure competitiveness of Prepaid offerings

- Must have knack of understanding large data sets and derive meaningful and actionable information out of it.

Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experience :
- Any graduate or BE(preferred) + MBA Marketing from good business school.
- Minimum 5 Years of Telecom/Retail experience, can be up to 8 years of experience
Technical and Behavioral Skills : Must have basis understanding of Telecom platforms.
