Role:
More than 50% of the company's business is from the Retail environment. The role can create a large impact by developing & implementing our retail channel marketing strategy and drive growth at scale. This individual will drive dominant market share in retail channels by
- Moving 'transactional' relationships to 'partnerships' by partner delight programs
- Developing & executing channel marketing strategies
- Developing shopper marketing insights & leveraging them to create various interventions in form of pilots
- Driving alliances & partnerships
KRAs: Partner NPS, Retail Topline, New Initiatives, Innovation & Differentiation esp at Point of Sale
What You'll Do:
- Develop the Retail marketing strategy & playbook and execute the tactics, pilots
- Think, develop & execute best in class retail marketing campaigns to drive demand & increase sales through direct and indirect channels; Also for new launches, festive promos, other promos & more. Project manage the Campaign calendar
- Managing all channel campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks
- Own in-store visibility: conceptualizing design & execution of in-store branding
- Shopper Marketing: Understand consumer behavior & shifts. Use it to create various interventions to drive product adoption / sales
- Monitor retail market trends, campaigns, competition actions to optimize tactics
- Vendor management for procurement of marketing material including but not limited to merchandising & promotional items like PoSM, Kiosks, Exhibitions etc.
- Managing marketing ops i.e. budget spend monitoring, reporting, controlling, coordinating with finance
- Manage CRM for existing consumer base via lifecycle campaigns using tools like WebEngage & channels like Whatsapp, SMS, Email and more
What You MUST have:
- The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver, creative person, collaborator, data-oriented, hands on, high energy and naturally entrepreneurial person, possessing a high degree of comfort with fast-pace, ambiguous and an ever-evolving space.
- 4-6 years experience of channel marketing. Candidates from Offline Retail, FMCD industries preferred. Experience of developing channel loyalty programs will be a delight.
