Salary Offered : 8 - 10 LPA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Internal stakeholder management:
- Drive and implement new initiatives by working closely with the Channel Head
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, BPMA, Marketing, Actuaries and other functions for timely resolution of queries and issues
- Vendor payments per agreed timelines
- Provide sub-channel reports per request
- Support in preparation of for Mgmt/Field presentations
- Query management and resolution
- Performance Management Analytics
- Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management
- Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
- Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports.
- Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request
- Manage ad hoc data requirements
- Variable Compensation for Sales force
- Monitor Variable Compensation design adherence to budgets and efficacy
- Participate in Compensation and Reward design
- Enable field sales force with Performance Management tools
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Channel Enablement
- Support in preparation for Board Meetings/Distribution meets and other Presentations as per requirement
- Manage KRA for business partner
Measure of Success:
- Consistency & Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
- Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework
- Work as per Projects/Initiative/Forum timelines
- Coordination and relationship within and outside the function
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- 4 - 6 yrs of relevant experience, preference to experience in life insurance
- Graduate, preferably MBA /CA/Post Graduate
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Cross - functional exposure
