Purpose of the role :
- To support the function in developing volumes, getting new clients for the currency and F&O sectors and catering to customer requirements.
Key Responsibility :
Business Development :
- Support in conducting corporate education activities so as to inform clients about the currency and F&O offerings of the exchange.
- Create product offering materials for presentations and meetings to aid in client conversion.
- Process documentation on client conversion; provide coordination with relevant department if required.
Database Management :
- Record all new client acquisitions in exchange database for internal use.
- Maintain and update database by coordinating with relevant client interfacing department.
- Maintain the main database of clients held by NSE, BSE and other exchanges so as to leverage on bringing in new clients.
Client Servicing :
- Provide information packets to clients to help them understand NSE products better.
- Assist in resolving client queries by coordinating with other relevant internal departments.
Seminars & Presentations :
- Coordinate and support the Marketing team in conducting road shows, presentations and seminars.
- Support the CRM team in collating requests for number of corporate educations sessions to be held and forward to marketing department.
