Multiple positions for HR - Success Factor. The Incumbents must have experience in any of the Success Factor Module ( Employee Central, Recruiting OR On-Boarding, Performance and Goals).
Candidates with 3+ to 8+ Years of relevant experience can apply.
Responsibilities:
- You act as SPOC for HR related questions from employees, you offer a listening ear to the employees and are the point of contact for employees and management.
- Together with the HR Business Partner and the management, you develop the HR policy and strategy around teamwork, absenteeism, training, performance, etc.
- You ensure a proper on-boarding as well as exit procedures.
- You also ensure a continuous evaluation and optimization of the HR processes within the organization.
- You identify new HR needs within the organization and together with the management you determine the priorities year after year.
- You promote the company's culture and values internally as well as externally.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Required :
- You have a master or bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or a related domain.
- You are fluent in English.
- You must be team player who enjoys having contact with multiple stakeholders.
- You are analytical, communicative, diplomatic and positive.
