Deputy Manager - Logistics - FMCD

Job Profile in Brief:

- Manage the entire Order Fulfillment process for lighting product supply from Supply sources.

- Overall coordination & control of supply balancing with respect to Sales Plan

- Overall coordination with F&D for pan India primary goods movement

- Take Buy or Transfer decisions on receipt of Fresh requirements.

- MIS for slow moving for highlighting to BG level

- Active management of co-makers

- Supply via regular review on:

a) Review of weekly plan vis a vis delivery

b) Review of bottlenecks

- Eliminate the constraints through interaction with relevant functions like e.g. BG LS&C Suppliers, Tier 1& 2, F&D

- Responsible for Supply Chain improvements and performance at Comakers

- Active participation in achieving best cost for outsourced product by evaluation of Total cost of Ownership

- Compare the quotation with cost build up

- Review the critical cost drivers with analysis of causes

- Manage Master data in SAP

- First escalation for procurement issues.
