Criminal/Civil Matters: Insecticide misbranding cases, legal metrology, negotiable instruments Act, Consumer cases, Trade marks matter etc.

Intellectual Property Matters:

 - Trade marks, designs & copyright taking search, filling application for registration, follow up the progress of registration, obtaining certificate of registration, timely renewal of registration, recoding & maintaining IP records, initiating infringement action etc.

Legal Metrology: Reply to SCN, attending department officials, approval of Artwork

Documentations:

- Drafting & approving agreements, timely replies to SCN, power of attorney, affidavits, indemnity and other legal documents.

- Advising management and operational departments on legal aspects.

- Maintenance of legal records and documents.

- Coordinating with advocate, briefing advocate, follow up with advocate of various status of legal cases.
