Position Details : Department : Legal Immediate Supervisor's Position Title : Head - Legal Education Background : LLB Work Experience : 2-5 years Critical Skills Required : - Sound knowledge of general corporate Laws, Good drafting skills. Good Communication, Vetting of agreements and other legal documents. Job Summary : - This role includes mix of vetting of agreements (75%), litigations (20%), reporting to the sponsors/auditors and other ad-hoc activities (5%). B. Key Accountabilities : 1. Ensuring that the agreements are vetted thoroughly in the interest of the Company and responses are given within agreed period. 2. Drafting responses, co-ordinating with lawyers and counsels on drafting of notices, replies, petitions etc. Keeping track of legal cases and co-ordinating for hearings. 3. Reporting work includes monthly and quarterly reporting to the sponsors, confirmation to the auditors and inspection team. 4. Ad-hoc activities include interpretation matters, clarification, guidance, updates on the recent changes etc.
