Deputy Manager - Legal - LLB - Financial Conglomerate

A financial conglomerate requires Deputy Manager - Legal having an experience of 3 to 5 years in civil, criminal and arbitration proceedings.

- To provide expert, commercial & Cost effective legal advice while protecting the co's franchise and minimizing legal risk;

- Management of litigation matters and related risks;

- Provide advise in relation to banking, finance and other financial services related dispute areas;

- Assist in the review and execution of litigation management strategy;

- Assist in litigation related internal controls, reporting and centralized management;

- Background in litigation, Banking and financial services is MUST.
