Deputy Manager - Legal - Insurance

- Negotiate, vet and conclude various contracts with service providers, consultants, lease deeds and re-insurers.

- Effective management and Deployment of system for the Contract Management and Contract Execution, Standardization of existing contracts, SOP and internal process documents.

- The incumbent will be required to interact with the junior or middle-level management executives. This role may also involve interactions with senior management as and when the need arises.

- Handle litigation and provide timely support to ensure closure of litigation, draft replies to ombudsman, legal notices, consumer courts and customer complaints.

- Evaluating business proposals vis-a-vis compliance with applicable laws and providing legal opinion on the same.

- The business proposals will be of non-routine nature and may involve legal research and providing solutions to business within the compliance of laws.

- Provide legal opinion on claim repudiation cases to the claims department

- Preparation of checklists for contracts, due diligence, contract labour and regulation and product regulations.

Salary range : 7 - 11 LPA
