General :
Age: 33 - 35 years Role: Dy.Manager Qualifications:
- B.E / MBA / Post Graduation in any discipline
- SAP HCM Certification
Experience : About 12 years overall, split as below :
- 5 years in HR function in large Manufacturing Organizations, preferably in factory operations
- 7 years Consulting in SAP HR Projects - Implementation / Service Delivery supporting large customers as part of their internal support team or AMS service providers
- Strong exposure to SAP HR, India Payroll, ESS etc.
- Experience in other functions within the SAP environment would be preferred
Specific :
- Deep hands-on- expertise in SAP HR in ECC 6.0 and ESS
- Strong exposure to India Payroll and related statutory requirements. Must be very good in understanding core business processes related to HR, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.
- Preference would be given to candidates with good analytical skills. Preference to those who have worked on reputed advanced analytics platforms like SAS, iLog etc.
- In addition to HR, we prefer to have candidates who possess hands-on knowledge in some of the other SAP functional modules like Finance & Manufacturing (could be even SAP admin)
- Must be able to front end & lead process discussions with business process owners and external consultants.
- Must have good track record of managing support teams in large SAP environments (outsourced model)
- Experience in industry sectors like Manufacturing, Automotive would be preferred
- Must have strong focus on SAP & other application level authorizations and internal controls.
- With the support of partners, he must be able to implement small & large scale enhancements / projects, develop custom built applications, and implement new solutions
- Should be excellent in communications
- He should be a - go to solution- person for the business stakeholders and should be able to connect up- with anyone within the enterprise to sort out high priority issues quickly
- Very good inter personal skills, must be a team player
